Job Description

Job Title: Telecaller / Sales Executive


Job Description (Short):

  • Call and follow up with Meta Ads leads.
  • Understand customer requirements and explain our services clearly.
  • Convert leads into customers.
  • Answer customer queries and build trust.
  • Coordinate with the support team for smooth onboarding and service delivery.
  • Update lead status in CRM and maintain follow-ups.
  • Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.

Skills Required:

  1. Good Hindi communication (English is a plus)
  2. Confident and polite speaking
  3. Basic computer/CRM knowledge
  4. Sales and follow-up skills
  5. Positive attitude and customer-focused approach
