Job Description
- Job DescriptionRoles & ResponsibilitiesCall candidates from job portals and company databases.
- Explain job openings, salary, location, and company policies.
- Screen candidates based on eligibility.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with the recruitment team.
- Follow up with candidates until they join.
- Assist candidates with documentation and onboarding.
- Maintain daily call reports and recruitment tracker.
- Achieve daily and monthly joining targets.
- Build and maintain a candidate database for future hiring.
- Skills RequiredGood communication skills (Hindi; basic English preferred).
- Strong convincing and negotiation skills.
- Positive attitude and confidence over phone.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Google Sheets).
- Ability to handle high call volume and follow-ups.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
