JOB DISCRIPTION
- Handling incoming leads and schedule the meeting with customer.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers.
- Explain company services and membership benefits to customers.
- Coordinate with sales teams.
- Maintain customer database and update records regularly.
- Resolve basic customer issues and provide proper support.
- Schedule meetings and follow-up calls with interested customers.
