Job Title: Sales Engineer / Service Engineer


Role Overview:


1. Sales Engineer


Responsibilities:

  • Promote and sell company products to clients
  • Conduct product presentations and demos
  • Generate new leads and maintain client relationships
  • Achieve sales targets
  • Handle client queries and provide technical solutions


2. Service Engineer


Responsibilities:

  • Install and configure equipment/machines
  • Perform maintenance and servicing
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues
  • Provide after-sales support to customers
  • Prepare service reports and documentation
  • Required Skills:Diploma / B.Tech in Engineering (preferred)
  • Good communication skills (important for Sales role)
  • Strong technical and troubleshooting skills (important for Service role)
  • Willingness to work in the field
