Telecaller

Job Description:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident Female Telecaller to connect with potential customers, generate leads, and support sales activities. Freshers are welcome to apply. The ideal candidate should have a positive attitude, good interpersonal skills, and a willingness to learn. No English proficiency is required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
• Explain company products and services to customers.
• Generate and qualify leads for B2B, B2C, Enterprise, and SMB sales.
• Follow up with prospective customers and maintain regular communication.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and call outcomes.
• Address customer queries and provide basic product information.
• Coordinate with the sales team for lead conversion and follow-ups.
• Achieve daily calling and productivity targets.
