Position: Telecaller
Job Responsibilities:
Customers ko phone karke company ke products ya services ki jankari dena.
Potential customers se baat karke unki requirements samajhna.
Leads generate karna aur interested customers ka data maintain karna.
Customer ke questions aur queries ka sahi jawab dena.
Follow-up calls karke sales ya appointments confirm karna.
Daily call reports aur records update karna.
Professional aur polite communication maintain karna.
Skills Required:
Good communication skills (Hindi/English).
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM, etc.).
Convincing and negotiation skills.
Positive attitude aur target-oriented approach.
Team ke saath kaam karne ki ability.
Qualification:
Minimum 12th Pass (Graduate preferred
