Job Description
🧾 Job Overview:We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to manage financial records, billing, and inventory accounting in our jewellery business. The ideal candidate should have knowledge of GST, stock handling, and retail accounting.
🔑 Key Responsibilities:Maintain daily accounting entries (Sales, Purchase, Cash, Bank)
- Handle billing & invoicing in jewellery software
- Manage stock/inventory accounting (Gold, Silver, Diamonds)
- Prepare GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B)
- Reconcile bank statements and accounts
- Maintain ledgers, balance sheets, and financial reports
- Coordinate with auditors and ensure compliance
- Monitor outstanding payments and receivables
🎯 Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com) or related field
- 1–3 years of accounting experience (Jewellery experience preferred)
- Knowledge of Tally / Jewellery ERP software
- Good understanding of GST & taxation
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Basic Excel knowledge
