Job Description
Role Overview
We are looking for a highly driven and ownership-focused Sales Manager to lead our telecalling operations. This role requires complete responsibility for team performance, lead conversion, and revenue delivery.
The ideal candidate will be hands-on, target-driven, and capable of managing a telecalling team while ensuring strong execution across inbound and outbound sales funnels.
Key Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end telecalling sales performance including target achievement, team productivity, and revenue delivery
- Lead and manage the telecalling team with clear accountability on daily KPIs such as talk time, follow-ups, and conversions
- Drive the complete lead lifecycle — from allocation and tracking to nurturing and closure (inbound & outbound)
- Maximize conversion rates by improving sales pitches, call handling, and follow-up strategies
- Monitor team performance through regular reviews and implement data-driven improvements
- Train, mentor, and motivate team members to enhance skills and maintain high energy levels
- Ensure strict CRM discipline and accurate reporting for pipeline visibility
Key Requirements
- Proven experience in managing tele calling / inside sales teams
- Strong expertise in lead management, inbound & outbound sales processes
- Demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets and driving conversions
- Ability to take ownership, drive accountability, and manage team performance
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Hands-on approach with involvement in daily sales operations
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor’s Degree (Mandatory)
- MBA / master’s in finance (Preferred)
