About Us
BYC | Build Your Capital is a progressive financial consulting firm offering advisory services in taxation, funding, subsidies, and compliance. We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Tally Expert to join our team and manage day-to-day accounting and financial reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle day-to-day bookkeeping and data entry in Tally Prime/ERP
- Manage GST input/output reconciliation and filing support
- Prepare and maintain ledgers, accounts receivable/payable
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet)
- Generate GST, TDS, and other statutory reports from Tally
- Conduct regular reconciliations – bank, vendor, and customer accounts
- Coordinate with CA and audit teams for compliance requirements
- Maintain digital and physical records in an organized manner
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with Tally Prime/ERP
- Solid understanding of accounting principles and Indian taxation
- Proficiency in MS Excel & working knowledge of GST & TDS
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Graduate in Commerce (B.Com/M.Com preferred)
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and meet deadlines
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in handling accounts for consulting or service-based firms
- Knowledge of TDS return filing and GST compliance lifecycle
- Exposure to Zoho Books or other accounting tools is a plus
