Senior Operations Executive

Role Overview:

We are looking for a Senior Operations Executive who will be responsible for managing customer interactions, driving operational efficiency, ensuring service delivery excellence, and supporting business growth initiatives. The role requires strong communication skills, team coordination abilities, customer relationship management, and experience in handling operational processes in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate should be capable of independently managing customer escalations, monitoring team performance, coordinating with cross-functional stakeholders, and ensuring timely closure of operational and service-related requests.environment.

Key Responsibilities:

•Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional and timely manner.

•Provide accurate information to customers regarding services, onboarding, and basic product offerings.

•Support sales-related activities such as lead follow-ups, explaining offerings, and assisting customers through the conversion process.

•Coordinate with internal operations, field teams, or technicians to fulfill customer requests and close service requirements.

•Update call details, lead status, customer interactions, and service progress in CRM or internal systems.

•Escalate unresolved issues or sales opportunities to the relevant teams as per defined processes.

•Support daily operational reporting, documentation.

Qualifications & Skills:

•Graduate in any discipline.

•1+ years of experience in Call Support, Customer Support, Operations, or Coordination roles.

•Good verbal communication skills in Hindi / Hinglish (English is an added advantage).

•Basic computer knowledge (CRM tools, Excel, calling systems).

•Problem-solving mindset with a customer-focused approach.
