Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end accounting operations for QSR outlets
- Manage daily sales reconciliation through Pet Pooja POS
- Maintain books of accounts, ledgers, and journal entries
- Oversee accounts payable & receivable
- Prepare monthly MIS reports and financial statements
- Handle GST returns, reconciliation, and compliance
- Manage TDS, PF, ESIC, and other statutory compliances
- Coordinate with auditors and consultants for audits and filings
- Ensure accurate stock, expense, and revenue tracking
- Support management with financial analysis and cost control
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in F&B / QSR industry (mandatory)
- Good understanding of GST, TDS, and statutory compliance
- Proficiency in accounting software & MS Excel
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
