Job Description
- Maintain and manage daily accounting transactions and financial records.
- Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable efficiently.
- Prepare and record sales, purchase, payment, and receipt entries accurately.
- Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow regularly.
- Prepare invoices, bills, and expense statements.
- Manage GST compliance, including invoicing, reconciliation, and coordination for return filing.
- Maintain ledgers, vouchers, and proper financial documentation.
- Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing processes.
- Coordinate with auditors and support internal and external audits.
- Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and company accounting policies.
- Generate financial reports and provide data analysis when required.
- Required Skills & QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com) or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of accounting experience required.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GST, and taxation processes.
- Proficiency in Tally, MS Excel, and accounting software is mandatory.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
