Inventory Auditor

We are looking for a detail-oriented Warehouse Auditor to ensure inventory accuracy, monitor warehouse processes, and identify discrepancies in stock records. The ideal candidate should have experience in inventory audits, stock verification, and warehouse operations.

• Key ResponsibilitiesConduct physical stock audits and inventory verification.
• Compare physical stock with system/ERP records and identify variances.
• Prepare audit reports and share findings with management.
• Monitor warehouse processes and ensure compliance with SOPs.
• Investigate stock discrepancies and recommend corrective actions.
• Verify inward and outward material records.
• Maintain audit documentation and records.
• Coordinate with warehouse and operations teams to resolve inventory issues.
• RequirementsBachelor's degree in Commerce, Business, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in warehouse auditing, inventory management, or stock verification.
• Good knowledge of inventory control processes.
• Experience with ERP, Excel, or inventory management software.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Preferred SkillsAdvanced Excel knowledge (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.).
• Experience in manufacturing, logistics, e-commerce, or warehouse operations.
• Ability to conduct independent audits and prepare detailed reports.
