Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Generate bills/invoices based on sales orders submitted by the sales team
  • Record and upload all purchase bills on the company's CRM system
  • Prepare and submit a monthly audit report
  • Maintain up-to-date Balance Sheet and Profit & Loss (P&L) statements
  • Handle day-to-day bookkeeping and ledger entries
  • Ensure timely tax filing and compliance with tax regulations
  • Reconcile bank statements and manage cash flow records
  • Coordinate with the sales and purchase teams for accurate financial data

Requirements:

  • B.Com in Accounting, Commerce, or Finance
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software
  • Knowledge of GST, tax regulations, and compliance
  • Experience with CRM or ERP systems preferred
  • Age: 22–40 years | Gender: Male
  • Strong attention to detail and time management skills
