Job Description
Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Admin Assistant to support both fundraising initiatives and day-to-day administrative operations. The candidate will play a dual role in generating funds, managing donor relationships, and ensuring smooth office coordination and documentation.
Key Responsibilities
Fundraising & Donor Management:
- Identify and approach potential donors (individuals, corporates, institutions)
- Build and maintain strong relationships with donors
- Achieve fundraising targets and revenue goals
- Prepare and deliver fundraising presentations and pitches
Campaign Management:
- Plan and execute fundraising campaigns and events
- Coordinate online and offline donation drives
- Support crowdfunding and digital fundraising activities
Administrative Responsibilities:
- Manage daily office operations and coordination
- Maintain records, documents, and filing systems
- Handle emails, calls, and internal communication
- Schedule meetings, appointments, and follow-ups
- Assist in preparing reports, proposals, and official documents
Communication & Reporting:
- Maintain donor databases and records
- Prepare regular reports on fundraising performance
- Ensure timely donor acknowledgment and communication
- Support team coordination and internal reporting
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field
- 1–3 years of experience in fundraising, administration, sales, or marketing (Freshers can apply)
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and manage priorities efficiently
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and digital tools
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented
Preferred Skills
- Experience with NGOs or non-profit organizations
- Knowledge of CRM tools and donor management systems
- Strong documentation and reporting skills
- Good presentation and interpersonal skills
