Job Description

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Admin Assistant to support both fundraising initiatives and day-to-day administrative operations. The candidate will play a dual role in generating funds, managing donor relationships, and ensuring smooth office coordination and documentation.


Key Responsibilities

Fundraising & Donor Management:

  • Identify and approach potential donors (individuals, corporates, institutions)
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with donors
  • Achieve fundraising targets and revenue goals
  • Prepare and deliver fundraising presentations and pitches


Campaign Management:

  • Plan and execute fundraising campaigns and events
  • Coordinate online and offline donation drives
  • Support crowdfunding and digital fundraising activities


Administrative Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily office operations and coordination
  • Maintain records, documents, and filing systems
  • Handle emails, calls, and internal communication
  • Schedule meetings, appointments, and follow-ups
  • Assist in preparing reports, proposals, and official documents


Communication & Reporting:

  • Maintain donor databases and records
  • Prepare regular reports on fundraising performance
  • Ensure timely donor acknowledgment and communication
  • Support team coordination and internal reporting


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field
  • 1–3 years of experience in fundraising, administration, sales, or marketing (Freshers can apply)
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask and manage priorities efficiently
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office and digital tools
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented 


Preferred Skills

  • Experience with NGOs or non-profit organizations
  • Knowledge of CRM tools and donor management systems
  • Strong documentation and reporting skills
  • Good presentation and interpersonal skills
