Roles & Responsibilities
Counsel students and parents regarding UG & PG courses.
Handle inbound and outbound leads.
Understand students' academic profiles and recommend suitable colleges.
Guide students through the complete admission process.
Follow up with prospective students until admission closure.
Maintain student records in CRM/Excel.
Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets.
Coordinate with partner colleges for smooth admission processing.
Required Skills
Excellent communication skills (Hindi & English).
Strong counselling and convincing ability.
Good sales and negotiation skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and CRM.
Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
Eligibility
Graduate in any discipline.
Experience: 0–3 Years (Freshers with excellent communication skills can also apply.)
Experience in EdTech, Education Consultancy, or Admission Counselling will be preferred. �
