Summary:
As an Application Support Engineer, a typical day involves acting as a software detective by investigating and resolving issues across various components of essential business systems. This role requires a proactive approach to identifying problems, analyzing system behavior, and ensuring the smooth operation of critical applications. The position demands continuous monitoring, collaboration with different teams, and delivering timely solutions to maintain system reliability and performance in a dynamic work environment.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and support of business applications.
- Document and communicate findings and resolutions clearly to stakeholders and team members.
- Assist in the development and implementation of process improvements to enhance system stability and efficiency.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance when necessary.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Azure IaaS.
- Experience with cloud infrastructure management and troubleshooting within Microsoft Azure environments.
- Strong understanding of virtual machines, networking, storage, and security configurations in cloud platforms.
- Ability to monitor and analyze system performance metrics to identify potential issues.
- Familiarity with incident management and problem resolution processes in cloud-based applications.
- Capability to work with automation tools and scripting to streamline support tasks.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Microsoft Azure IaaS.
- This position is based at our Jaipur office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
