Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of Sales Executives
- Develop and implement area-wise sales strategies
- Appoint and expand dealer and distributor network
- Maintain strong relationships with key clients, architects, and interior designers
- Monitor team performance and field activities
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and pricing
- Ensure timely collections and credit control
- Conduct training and mentoring for the sales team
- Coordinate with management for planning and expansion
Requirements
- 4–7 years of sales experience (plywood/interior industry preferred)
- Proven experience in team handling
- Strong leadership and decision-making skills
- Good dealer/contractor network in local market
- Ability to plan and execute sales strategies
- Target-driven and self-motivated
- Two-wheeler/car with valid driving license preferred
