Job Overview

Favcore is seeking an aggressive, high-performing, and result-oriented Sales Manager / Team Leader to spearhead our high-growth B2B vertical across Rajasthan. This is a crucial "Zero-to-One" leadership role designed for an on-field champion who can build, train, and manage a high-velocity sales team from scratch.


In this role, you will lead a regional team of Sales Officers (SOs) focused on mass merchant acquisition via the Fav Vendor App, while driving revenue through our premium dual portfolio: High-Ticket Digital Marketing Packages and Essential Corporate Compliances (GST, ITR, and Business Registrations). You will also lead from the front by closing high-value HNI and enterprise accounts using direct inbound hot leads provided by the company.


Key Responsibilities

Team Building & Leadership: Recruit, onboard, train, and manage a high-powered team of field Sales Officers (SOs). Conduct daily huddles, assign territories, map performance metrics, and drive the team to smash monthly revenue targets.


On-Field Mentorship & Strategy: Step onto the field to guide, motivate, and mentor team members during complex negotiations, helping them convert merchant pitches into active accounts.


Merchant Acquisition Funnel: Oversee the mass adoption of the Fav Vendor App, ensuring Sales Officers get local retail merchants registered instantly (free of cost) to digitize their storefronts.


Compliance & Marketing Sales: Monetize the acquired merchant base by converting free app users into paid subscribers for GTR/ITR filing and licensing. Upsell premium digital branding, performance marketing, and custom tech packages to established regional brands.


High-Ticket Closures: Directly pitch and close premium enterprise and HNI deals utilizing hot, qualified inbound leads generated by the corporate office.


P&L & Revenue Ownership: Take complete accountability for individual and team monthly revenue targets, pipeline management, and retention workflows.


Requirements & Preferred Profile

Experience: 3 to 6 years of solid experience in high-volume B2B Sales, Merchant Acquisition, or Channel Sales. At least 1–2 years of active team management or supervisory experience is mandatory.


🎯 Industry Preference (Highly Preferred): Proven track record in FinTech/B2B Tech giants such as Paytm, PhonePe, BharatPe, Pine Labs, IndiaMART, Khatabook, or Udaan.


Core Competencies: Exceptional ground execution skills, local market expertise, ability to recruit field agents dynamically, and absolute comfort with setting up operations from absolute zero.


Domain Knowledge: A solid conceptual understanding of business compliances (GST, ITR) and how modern digital marketing ROI works.


Communication & Presentation: Flawless negotiation, presentation, and corporate communication skills in both Hindi and English.


Mobility: Must possess a personal vehicle (Two-Wheeler/Four-Wheeler) and a smartphone for active market management and regional travel.
