Job Description

  • Key ResponsibilitiesEnsure safe custody and handling of cash at ATM sites.
  • Perform ATM cash loading, replenishment, and balancing activities as per SOP.
  • Monitor ATM cash levels and ensure timely replenishment.
  • Verify cash, records, and transaction reports for accuracy.
  • Maintain proper documentation and audit records.
  • Adhere to all security, compliance, and operational guidelines.
  • Coordinate with branch officials, cash van teams, and operations staff.
  • Report cash discrepancies, ATM issues, and operational incidents promptly.

Support ATM maintenance activities and ensure service-level compliance.
