Job Description – Back Office Executive
We are looking for a smart, organized, and detail-oriented Back Office Executive to support daily business operations and ensure smooth workflow coordination across departments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day back office operations
- Maintain records, data entries, and documentation accurately
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth process flow
- Handle emails, reports, invoices, and MIS updates
- Follow up on pending tasks and maintain timelines
- Support administration and operational activities
Skills Required:
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel & Google Sheets
- Strong attention to detail and organization
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Qualification:
- Graduate preferred
- Freshers and experienced candidates both can apply
