Branch Manager

Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Branch Manager to lead and grow our Mortgage Loan business. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving branch profitability, achieving business targets, managing branch operations, leading a sales team, and ensuring excellent customer service while maintaining compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Drive branch business to achieve monthly and annual Mortgage Loan (LAP/Home Loan) targets.
• Responsible for managing PDD at lower and maintain weighted IRR.
• Lead, motivate, and manage the branch sales team to maximize productivity.
• Develop business through Open Market, DSAs, Channel Partners, Builders, Connectors, and customer referrals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, DSAs, and business partners.
• Monitor the complete loan lifecycle from lead generation to disbursement.
• Coordinate with Credit, Operations, Legal, and Technical teams for smooth loan processing.
• Ensure branch compliance with company policies, RBI regulations, and internal processes.
• Monitor portfolio quality, collections, and delinquency to maintain healthy business.
• Conduct regular market visits to identify new business opportunities.
• Recruit, train, and mentor Relationship Officers and Relationship Managers
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports and present business performance to management.
• Resolve customer escalations promptly and ensure superior customer satisfaction.
