Compensation: Stipend of INR 25,000 to 45,000 per month (based on experience and performance), with monthly earning potential through incentives

About the Role

We're looking for a Business Development Representative to handle inbound leads generated through our marketing activities. You'll be the first point of contact for prospects who've already shown interest in our IT product. Your job is to call these leads, understand their needs, and convert them into paying customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound leads generated by marketing campaigns
• Call leads promptly and engage them in a consultative sales conversation
• Understand customer requirements and pitch our IT product accordingly
• Follow up consistently until leads are converted or disqualified
• Maintain accurate records of calls, conversations, and lead status in the CRM
• Meet daily/weekly call and conversion targets
• Coordinate with the marketing team to share feedback on lead quality

Requirements

• Good communication skills in English and Hindi
• Comfortable making outbound follow-up calls to inbound leads
• Basic understanding of sales processes (no prior experience required, freshers welcome)
• Confident, persuasive, and target-driven attitude
• Willingness to work from office, Monday to Friday
