About the Role: We are looking for a driven and results-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) to join the team at Catalyst School of Business,Jaipur. You will be responsible for driving student enrollments, building strategic partnerships, and expanding our reach in the region.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Generation: Identify and generate new business opportunities through fieldwork, networking, and local outreach.
• Student Counseling: Drive admissions by counseling prospective students and parents about our programs and career growth.
• Partnership Building: Develop and maintain relationships with local schools, colleges, coaching centers, and other educational partners.
• Brand Promotion: Conduct seminars, workshops, and promotional events to increase brand awareness.
• Target Achievement: Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly enrollment targets.
• Reporting: Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions in our CRM system.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to execute effective local campaigns.

Requirements:

• Experience: 1–3 years in sales, business development, or education counseling (Freshers with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply).
• Skills: Excellent communication, strong negotiation, and persuasion abilities.
• Mindset: Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable with local fieldwork.
• Tech Skills: Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
• Preferred: Experience in the education or ed-tech sector.
