Job SummaryWe are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and contributing to the company’s growth strategy. The BDE will play a key role in expanding market reach and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through research, networking, and lead generation
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients
- Conduct meetings, presentations, and negotiations with clients
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve targets
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis
- Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
