FMCG Sales Executive

We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Sales Executive to expand our market presence across distributors, retail outlets, and HoReCa (Hotels, Restaurants, Cafés). The candidate will be responsible for driving new sales, building strong relationships, and increasing brand visibility for Welza products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and onboard new distributors and wholesalers
• Generate sales through retail counters (kirana stores, supermarkets, modern trade)
• Develop business in HoReCa segment (restaurants, cafes, hotels)
• Conduct market visits and ensure product placement & visibility
• Achieve monthly sales targets and revenue goals
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients
• Coordinate with internal team for order processing & supply
• Collect market feedback and competitor insights
• Ensure timely payment collection and follow-ups

Requirements:

• 1–4 years of experience in FMCG sales (preferred: spices/food products)
• Strong network in Jaipur / Rajasthan market is a plus
• Good communication & negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and meet targets
• Own vehicle preferred for field work
