Job Description
1. Retailer Acquisition & ExpansionIdentify and onboard new mobile retailers, wholesalers & sub-dealers
- Increase numeric distribution
- Map high-potential areas
- Pitch brand phones vs competitors
2. Sales & Target AchievementAchieve daily / weekly / monthly sales targets
- Push high-margin SKUs (keypad phones)
- Focus on primary sales (billing to retailer) + secondary movement
3. Retailer Relationship ManagementBuild strong relationships with:
- Retailers
- Multi-brand mobile shops
- Ensure repeat orders & loyalty
- Handle complaints (dead stock, service issues)
4. Order Booking & Supply CoordinationTake orders from retailers (daily beat plan)
- Coordinate with:
- Warehouse
- Delivery team
- Ensure:
- Timely billing
- Proper stock availability
5. Distributor Stock & Inventory PushMonitor:
- Fast-moving models
- Dead stock
- Push slow SKUs to market
- Maintain optimum inventory turnover
6. Market Coverage & Route PlanningFollow PJP (Permanent Journey Plan):
- Daily route visits
- 20–30 shops/day
- Ensure 100% market coverage
- Open new counters in untapped areas
7. Market IntelligenceTrack competitors:
- Pricing
- Schemes
- New launches
- Share insights with distributor (you)
- Understand retailer demand trends
8. Scheme & Trade Promotion ExecutionExplain company schemes to retailers:
- Cashback
- Margin offers
- Volume incentives
10. Reporting & CRM DisciplineDaily reports:
- DSR (Daily Sales Report)
- Beat coverage
- Order booking
- Track:
- Target vs achievement
- Outlet productivity
