Job Title: Online B2B Portal MerchantJob OverviewWe are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Online B2B Portal Merchant to join our growing team. In this role, you will be the driving force behind our B2B e-commerce platform, managing vendor onboarding, optimizing product catalogs, and maintaining strong relationships with our B2B merchants. • Key ResponsibilitiesVendor Onboarding: Smoothly process and integrate new B2B sellers and suppliers onto our platform.
• Product Catalog Management: Upload, curate, and optimize product listings and data to ensure maximum accuracy, clarity, and visual appeal.
• Inventory Control & Visibility: Monitor stock levels, track inventory specifically for B2B transactions, and ensure high availability for buyers.
• Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Track key merchant metrics, analyze sales performance, and generate regular data insights.
• Merchant Relationship Management: Actively support, engage, and maintain long-term, strong partnerships with all portal merchants.
• Requirements & SkillsExperience: 2+ years of hands-on experience in E-commerce, B2B sales, or Merchant Management.
• Portal Knowledge: Highly familiar with online B2B portals, Content Management Systems (CMS), and digital marketplace tools.
• Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a natural ability to negotiate and build professional relationships.
• Data Analysis: Ability to analyze sales data, spot emerging trends, and turn numbers into actionable insights.
• Organization: Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple merchant accounts simultaneously.
