Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and result-driven Business Development Executive / Manager (BDE/MNG) to expand market presence, generate leads, and drive revenue growth across Rajasthan. The candidate will be responsible for client acquisition, relationship management, and achieving sales targets.
🎯 Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate new business opportunities in assigned territory.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targets.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Maintain sales pipeline and CRM updates.
- Travel across Rajasthan mention territory for client meetings.
- Develop local market understanding and partnerships.
🧠 Experience
- 6 months to 1 years in sales/business development(FMCG Industry).
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Sales-driven mindset
Compensation: Up to 30000k
- Local language (Hindi/Rajasthani) proficiency.
- Two-wheeler preferred
