  • Job Responsibilities: Recruit and build a team of insurance advisors/agents.
  • Train, motivate, and guide agents to achieve sales targets.
  • Generate life insurance business through the agency channel.
  • Support agents in lead generation and customer meetings.
  • Ensure achievement of monthly and annual business targets.
  • Maintain relationships with customers and agents.
  • Conduct field visits and joint sales calls with agents.
  • Follow company policies and compliance requirements.
