Job Title: Business Development Executive (BDE)

Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Executive to drive top-of-the-funnel activities and generate qualified sales opportunities. The role focuses on lead generation, prospect qualification, CRM management, and close collaboration with sales leaders to support revenue growth.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Drive top-of-the-funnel lead generation for Account Executives and Sales Managers.
- Generate new sales opportunities through cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, and CRM-based outreach.
- Identify and qualify prospect needs and determine sales potential.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with prospects to convert them into qualified opportunities.
- Maintain and manage a healthy sales pipeline of interested prospects.
- Schedule meetings or calls between prospective customers and sales executives.
- Represent company products and services using strong product knowledge and customer research.
- Update and manage all sales activities, opportunities, and account information in CRM.
- Consistently achieve or exceed monthly qualified lead and opportunity targets.
- Proactively identify new business opportunities and market segments.
- Collaborate with sales teams to ensure smooth handover of qualified leads.
- Identify and suggest best practices to improve the company’s lead-generation strategy.
- Prepare and share weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance reports with the Sales Manager.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven track record of exceeding lead generation or sales targets.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical and creative problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to multitask, prioritise, and manage time effectively.
- Hands-on experience with CRM tools.
- Strong teamwork skills and collaborative mindset.
- High motivation and strong desire to grow within a sales organisation.
- Relevant sales or marketing certifications are an added advantage.
