Business Development Manager (BDM)

As a BDM, you will play a role in expanding our business by engaging with national and international corporate clients, forging brand associations. Your ability to create compelling proposals, conduct research, and maintain client relationships will be key to your success.

Responsibilities:

Client Interaction: Engage with national and international corporate clients to understand their needs, build relationships, and explore collaboration opportunities. Represent the company professionally and effectively during client interactions.

Brand Association: Associate national and international brands with our company.

Create well-crafted email drafts for property proposals. Share proposals with as per the company’s requirements.

Proposal Development: Create persuasive presentations and proposals tailored to client needs. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment between proposals and company capabilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and PowerPoint).

Market Research: Conduct research on national and international brands, industry trends, and market dynamics.

Reporting: Prepare daily work reports in Excel, summarizing activities, progress, and outcomes. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Attributes: Self-motivated and goal-oriented. Relationship builder with a brand-centric approach. Detail-oriented and organized. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
