Job Description
Job DescriptionSwadeshi Express is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Female Sales Manager to lead sales activities, manage client relationships, and drive business growth.
- Key Responsibilities:Generate new business opportunities and convert leads into clients.
- Manage and grow existing client accounts.
- Conduct sales calls, meetings, and presentations.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Develop sales strategies and execute them effectively.
- Coordinate with marketing and operations teams.
- Maintain CRM and sales reports.
- Requirements:Female candidates only.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Sales, Business Development, Marketing, or Client Management.
- Strong leadership and team coordination abilities.
- Proficiency in Hindi and basic English.
