We design educational kits, conduct technical workshops, establish Centres of Excellence (COEs), and provide industry-oriented training programs.

Position Summary: We are looking for a dynamic, energetic, and self-motivated Business Development & Management Executive who can drive business growth while maintaining strong relationships with clients and educational institutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for client acquisition, marketing, business operations, payment follow-ups, and supporting technical training sessions whenever required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Business Development, Identify and approach new schools, colleges, universities, and educational institutions.
• Generate new business opportunities and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
• Conduct product and service presentations to potential clients.
• Develop long-term relationships with clients and partners.
• Meet monthly and quarterly business targets.

Client Relationship Management:

• Manage existing clients and ensure excellent customer satisfaction.
• Handle client inquiries, quotations, and project discussions.
• Coordinate with clients for project execution and timely delivery.
• Resolve client issues professionally.

Marketing & Promotion:

• Plan and execute online and offline marketing activities.
• Promote ToRR Lab training programs, workshops, and educational products.
• Coordinate exhibitions, seminars, educational events, and promotional campaigns.
• Work with the design team for brochures, presentations, and marketing materials.
• Payment & Commercial Management
• Coordinate between management, trainers, and clients.

Technical Training Support:

• Conduct technical workshops and training sessions whenever required.
• Assist in STEM, Robotics, Arduino, IoT, AI, and Electronics training programs.
• Demonstrate educational kits and hardware during client visits.
• Support technical events and exhibitions.
