CA/CMA/ACCA/CPA Trainee

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented CA/CMA Trainee to support our finance and accounts team in daily accounting operations, financial reporting, taxation, auditing, and compliance activities. This role offers practical exposure to corporate finance, accounting standards, and statutory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in preparation and maintenance of books of accounts.

Support in accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.

Assist in preparation of financial statements, MIS reports, and budget reports.

Support internal audit, statutory audit, and tax audit activities.

Prepare and review GST, TDS, income tax, and other statutory compliance documents.

Reconcile bank statements, vendor accounts, and ledger balances.

Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing.

Maintain financial records and documentation accurately.

Support costing, budgeting, and variance analysis.

Coordinate with auditors, consultants, and internal departments for financial data.

Ensure compliance with accounting standards, company policies, and statutory regulations.

Required Skills

Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (Tally, ERP, SAP, etc.).

Analytical and problem-solving skills.

Good numerical ability and attention to detail.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work with deadlines and maintain confidentiality.

Required Qualifications

Pursuing or completed CA Inter / CMA Inter / Pursuing ACCA or CPA

Articleship/training experience preferred (if applicable).

Strong understanding of accounting principles and taxation basics.

Knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and financial compliance.
