Job Title: Customer Success Associate (Chat CSR)

Location: Jaipur | Shift: Rotational

Min 1 year Chat Experience is mandatory

Role:

Handle customer queries via chat (telecom, billing, subscriptions) and drive upselling.

Requirements:
