Job Description
Job Title: Customer Testimonials / Customer Experience Team Leader
Job Summary:
We are looking for a Customer Testimonials / Customer Experience Team Leader who can collect customer feedback, manage testimonials, improve customer satisfaction, and lead a small team to deliver excellent customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect customer feedback, reviews, and success stories through calls, surveys, and interactions
- Identify happy customers and convert them into brand ambassadors
- Manage and organize testimonials for marketing and sales use
- Build strong relationships with customers to improve satisfaction and retention
- Lead, train, and support the customer experience team
- Track key metrics like CSAT, NPS, response time, and resolution rate
- Handle customer complaints and resolve escalations professionally
- Work closely with Marketing, Sales, and Product teams to improve customer experience
Requirements
- Experience in Customer Service / Customer Success / Customer Experience role
- Team handling or leadership experience preferred
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to analyze customer feedback and improve processes
- Good problem-solving and escalation-handling skills
