• Key Responsibilities:Develop and maintain long-term relationships with customers
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner
• Ensure timely resolution of customer issues
• Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention
• Maintain customer records and update databases
• Coordinate with internal teams to improve service quality
• Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products/services

Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Good problem-solving and negotiation abilities
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools
• Prior experience in customer service or client handling is preferred
