Key Responsibilities
1. Telecalling & Sales Support
- Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads.
- Call to customer to order confirmation.
- Explain products/services clearly and handle customer inquiries professionally.
- Maintain a record of calls, feedback, and follow-up schedules.
2. Back Office & Administration
- Manage data entry tasks and maintain accurate digital/physical records.
- Handle incoming emails and redirect them to the appropriate departments.
- Coordinate office schedules and provide general administrative support.
