Job SummaryWe are looking for a proactive and customer-focused CRM Executive & Payment Collection Specialist to manage customer relationships, maintain CRM records, follow up on outstanding payments, and ensure smooth communication with clients. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication, negotiation, and coordination skills with the ability to maintain healthy client relationships while achieving collection targets.

• Key ResponsibilitiesCRM ManagementMaintain and update customer data in the CRM system accurately.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests professionally.
• Coordinate with sales and operations teams for customer issue resolution.
• Track customer interactions and maintain proper follow-up records.
• Generate CRM reports and customer activity summaries.
• Build and maintain strong long-term customer relationships.
• Payment CollectionFollow up with customers for pending payments through calls, emails, and messages.
• Ensure timely collection of outstanding dues and maintain collection records.
• Reconcile customer accounts and resolve billing discrepancies.
• Coordinate with the accounts department regarding payment status.
• Share payment reminders and invoices with clients.
• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly collection reports.
• Escalate overdue accounts as per company policy.
• Required SkillsStrong verbal and written communication skills.
• Good negotiation and convincing ability.
• Basic knowledge of invoicing and payment follow-ups.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and CRM software.
• Ability to multitask and work under deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Marketing, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in CRM, customer support, or payment collection.
• Experience with CRM tools and ERP systems preferred.
