Job Description

This is a full-time on-site customer facing role for a Sales Executive at Designer Clothing and Accessories brand store located in Jaipur. The Sales Executive will be responsible for:

  • Assist customers in selecting clothing and accessories as per their needs and preferences
  • Deliver a premium in-store experience aligned with the brand’s image
  • Maintain excellent product knowledge (fabrics, designs, pricing)
  • Handle customer queries, fittings, and styling suggestions
  • Ensure the store is well-presented, clean, and visually appealing
  • Support billing, stock handling, and inventory checks
  • Build strong customer relationships to encourage repeat visits
  • Arranging products on shelves, replenish stock, and process product returns or refunds
  • Coordination with Suppliers, Warehouse & Delhi office
