Job Title: computer operator (Marg ERP Executive – C&F Operations)

 Job Description:

 We are seeking a detail-oriented and responsible Computer operator (Marg ERP Executive – C&F Operations) to manage daily computer operations, billing, inventory records, and documentation related to pharmaceutical distribution. The candidate should have strong knowledge of Marg Software and Advanced MS Excel to support day-to-day operational and administrative activities.

 Key Responsibilities:

 Perform daily sales, purchase, stock, and return entries in Marg ERP

Generate invoices and billing documents accurately and on time

Maintain batch-wise and expiry-wise inventory tracking

Handle stock inward, outward, and closing stock reconciliation

Coordinate dispatch, transport, courier, and local delivery entries in ERP

Prepare and share sales, stock, pending, and ageing reports

Support GST-related entries, debit notes, and credit notes in ERP

Prepare MIS and KPI reports for management review

Track operational pendencies and ensure timely follow-ups

Create and update masters (party, item, tax, schemes) in Marg ERP

Ensure data accuracy and adherence to internal processes

Education: Graduation is mandatory

Software Knowledge (Mandatory):

Marg Software and related softewares

Advanced Excel

 Skills Required:

Mandatory experience in Marg ERP (Distribution / C&F preferred)

Basic understanding of inventory management and billing processes

Knowledge of GST basics

Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting

Strong attention to detail and coordination skills

Working Hours: 10:15am to 7:15pm And Monday to Saturday Working days
