Cook / Chef

We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Chef for our QSR Central Kitchen operations. The candidate will be responsible for food preparation, maintaining consistency in taste and quality, ensuring hygiene standards, and supporting smooth kitchen production for multiple outlets.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare food items as per standardized recipes and production plans.

Ensure consistency in taste, portioning, and presentation across all batches.

Handle bulk food preparation for QSR outlet requirements.Maintain hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety standards in the central kitchen.

Monitor inventory, raw material usage, and stock rotation (FIFO).Coordinate with kitchen staff for timely production and dispatch.

Ensure proper storage and handling of ingredients and prepared food.Minimize wastage and maintain cost control measures.Follow SOPs and company guidelines during food preparation and packaging.

Assist in menu trials and new product development when required.Requirements:

Experience in QSR, cloud kitchen, or central kitchen operations preferred.

Good knowledge of bulk food production and kitchen processes.Understanding of food safety and hygiene standards.

Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.Team handling and coordination skills.

Flexibility to work rotational shifts if required.

Qualification:Diploma/Certification in Culinary Arts or Hotel Management preferred.
