Job Description

Responsibilities


  • Attend walk-in customers professionally.
  • Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable yarn.
  • Handle counter sales and product display.
  • Prepare bills using POS/software.
  • Receive cash, UPI, card, and other digital payments.
  • Maintain stock at the counter and coordinate with the warehouse.
  • Keep the store clean and well-organized.
  • Resolve basic customer queries and provide excellent service.
  • Support daily sales targets.


Skills Required


  • Good communication skills (Hindi; basic English preferred)
  • Basic computer/POS billing knowledge
  • Customer handling and sales skills
  • Basic arithmetic and cash handling
  • Friendly personality with a positive attitude
