CRM & Marketing Leads Analyst

Role Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical CRM & Marketing Leads Analyst to manage our CRM system, track digital marketing lead quality, and deliver actionable reporting across the full lead lifecycle. You will act as the bridge between our sales and marketing teams — ensuring lead data is clean, campaigns are measured, and management has the insights they need to make decisions.

Key Responsibilities

CRM Management

•     Maintain and update CRM records daily; ensure data accuracy and completeness

•     Manage new lead entries, status updates, and follow-up tracking

•     Coordinate with sales team to capture lead interactions and outcomes

Lead Tracking & Quality Reporting

•     Track leads across all digital marketing channels (Google, Meta, portals, organic)

•     Analyse lead quality metrics: conversion rate, cost per lead, lead-to-sale ratio

•     Prepare daily/weekly/monthly lead performance reports for management

•     Flag poor-quality lead sources and recommend optimisation actions

Campaign Performance Reporting

•     Monitor ongoing marketing campaign metrics and report on ROI

•     Maintain source-wise and channel-wise lead tracking dashboards

•     Coordinate with the digital marketing team to align data with campaign activity

Dashboard & Presentation Creation

•     Build and maintain Excel dashboards with pivot tables, charts, and MIS reports

•     Create PowerPoint presentations for weekly and monthly management reviews

•     Visualise sales funnel data and pipeline health for leadership reporting

Data Cleanup & Validation

•     Perform regular audits of CRM data to identify duplicates, gaps, or inconsistencies

•     Validate incoming lead data against source reports for accuracy

•     Standardise data entry formats and maintain reporting templates

Skills & Qualifications Required

Must-Have

•     Advanced Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, dashboards, charts)

•     Strong PowerPoint skills — ability to create clean, professional presentations

•     CRM software experience (Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot, Leadsquared, or similar)

•     Analytical mindset with high attention to detail

•     Good written and verbal communication skills in English

Good to Have

•     Basic understanding of digital marketing (SEO, PPC, Meta Ads, lead funnels)

•     Experience with Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, or similar platforms

•     Familiarity with MIS reporting and sales funnel metrics
