Job SummaryWe are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Care Executive to handle inquiries, resolve customer issues, and provide support related to our tiles adhesive products. The candidate will act as a key point of contact between the company and customers, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

• Key ResponsibilitiesHandle inbound and outbound customer calls
• Address customer queries related to tiles adhesive products and services
• Provide accurate information and resolve complaints efficiently
• Maintain proper records of customer interactions
• Coordinate with sales and logistics teams for order updates
• Follow up with customers to ensure issue resolution
• Support in generating leads and customer engagement
• Key RequirementsMale candidate preferred
• Good communication skills (Hindi required, basic English preferred)
• Basic knowledge of MS Office
• Ability to handle customer queries professionally
• Positive attitude and problem-solving skills
• Preferred SkillsExperience in customer care or telecalling
• Knowledge of construction or building material industry (added advantage)
