A Telesales Executive drives company revenue by proactively making outbound calls (and handling inbound inquiries) to potential customers, pitching products or services, and closing sales over the phone. They work in target-driven environments, building rapport with customers, maintaining CRM records, and resolving complaints to meet daily/monthly sales quotas.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate Sales Leads: Call potential customers (cold calling) to pitch products or services.
- Close Deals: Negotiate, overcome objections, and persuade potential customers to purchase.
- Meet Targets: Meet or exceed daily, weekly, or monthly sales quotas and call volumes.
- Build Relationships: Maintain professional relationships with new and existing clients to ensure repeat business.
- Customer Support: Answer questions, address complaints, and provide product information.
- Data Management: Utilize CRM software and update customer interaction records accurately.
