We are seeking a high-energy, ambitious Inside Sales & Telecalling Specialist to join our team and help us connect with businesses looking to scale.

## Key ResponsibilitiesYour primary goal will be to connect with B2B clients, pitch our growth solutions, and convert leads into long-term clients.

• Lead Generation & Outbound Dialing: Reach out to potential business clients across various industries through outbound calls and structured follow-ups.
• Inbound Consultation: Handle incoming inquiries from businesses interested in website development, SEO, or Meta Ads, guiding them toward the right package.
• Consultative Selling: Understand a prospect's business model and explain how tools like an IVR system, WhatsApp marketing, or a new website can boost their revenue.
• Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate records of leads, schedule product/service walk-throughs, and close sales deals.
• Target Achievement: Meet daily call targets and monthly revenue goals.
• ## What We Are Looking For (Requirements
• Education: Graduate or Undergraduate in any stream (Marketing or Business backgrounds are a plus).
• Experience: 0 to 3 years of experience in Telecalling, Inside Sales, Customer Support, or B2B Sales.
• Communication: Strong verbal communication and active listening skills in Hindi and basic English.
• Key Traits: Confident on the phone, persistent, and highly driven by monetary growth and performance rewards.
• Industry Awareness: A basic understanding of what digital marketing tools (SEO, Meta Ads) and telecom tools (IVR, WhatsApp marketing) do. (Full training will be provided!)

## Compensation & BenefitsWe believe in rewarding hard work generously. We offer one of the most competitive incentive structures in the Jaipur market:

• Base Salary: ₹15,000 to ₹30,000 per month (depending on experience and interview performance).
