📝 Job Overview: Hiring Senior Sales Officer for field work in microfinance sector involving personal, business, and group loan sales. / 📝 जॉब ओवरव्यू: माइक्रो फाइनेंस सेक्टर में फील्ड सेल्स के लिए सीनियर सेल्स ऑफिसर की भर्ती, जिसमें पर्सनल, बिजनेस और ग्रुप लोन सेल्स शामिल है।
🎯 Key Responsibilities:
• Generate leads and acquire customers for loans / लोन के लिए कस्टमर लाना और लीड जनरेट करना
• Promote personal, business, and group loan products / पर्सनल, बिजनेस और ग्रुप लोन प्रोडक्ट्स को प्रमोट करना
• Conduct field visits and client meetings / फील्ड विजिट और क्लाइंट मीटिंग करना
• Maintain sales records and follow-ups / सेल्स रिकॉर्ड और फॉलो-अप करना
• Achieve monthly sales targets / मासिक टार्गेट पूरा करना
🎓 Eligibility Criteria:
• Minimum 6 Months experience in sales / कम से कम 6 महीने का सेल्स अनुभव
• Minimum 12th Pass / न्यूनतम 12वीं पास
• Basic English communication required / बेसिक इंग्लिश जरूरी
• Must have own two-wheeler/ खुद की बाइक जरूरी
