Job Title:Regional Sales Manager (RSM)
Job Location:As per assigned territory
Experience Required: 2 year
Industry Preference:Mouth Freshener / Confectionery / FMCG / Food Products
- Job Responsibilities:Handle complete sales operations of assigned region
- Appoint and manage distributors & super stockists
- Achieve monthly & yearly sales targets
- Build strong market network and increase product availability
- Manage sales team, sales officers & promoters
- Plan and execute market visits regularly
- Increase brand visibility and product promotion activities
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends
- Ensure timely payment collection from distributors
- Prepare sales reports and market feedback
- Skills Required:Strong distributor handling experience
- Good leadership & team management skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation ability
- Deep knowledge of FMCG market
- Target-oriented and result-driven approach
- Ability to travel extensively
